Yes. You can upgrade your ticket at any time before the event, as long as the desired ticket type is still available. Simply contact us at info@agentiqworld.com (mailto:info@agentiqworld.com)and we’ll guide you through the upgrade process.

Yes. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague or another person. • Please notify our team in advance at info@agentiqworld.com (mailto:info@agentiqworld.com)with the new attendee’s full name, job title, company, and email address. • Once the transfer is confirmed, the new attendee will receive updated registration details and their pass. • Ticket transfers are free of charge up until one week before the event. After that date, additional fees may apply.

Yes. If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, our team will be happy to assist. Please email info@agentiqworld.com (mailto:info@chatbotsummit.com)with your full name, passport details, and ticket confirmation, and we’ll provide you with the necessary documentation.

Refunds are available under the following conditions: 75% refund for requests made more than 60 days before the event, 50% refund for requests made 30–60 days before the event, and no refunds within 30 days of the event. A 5% processing fee applies to all refunds. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting info@agentiqworld.com (mailto:info@agentiqworld.com)up to one week before the event.
