Yes. If you’re unable to purchase a ticket directly, we can issue an invoice to your company. Please email info@agentiqworld.com with your full name, ticket type, company details, and billing information. Once payment is received, we’ll confirm your registration and send you your ticket.

Yes. You can upgrade your ticket at any time before the event, as long as the desired ticket type is still available. Simply contact us at info@agentiqworld.com and we’ll guide you through the upgrade process.

Yes. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague or another person. Please notify our team in advance at info@agentiqworld.com with the new attendee’s full name, job title, company, and email address. Once the transfer is confirmed, the new attendee will receive updated registration details and their pass. Ticket transfers are free of charge up until one week before the event. After that date, additional fees may apply.

Yes. If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, our team will be happy to assist. Please email info@agentiqworld.com with your full name, passport details, and ticket confirmation, and we’ll provide you with the necessary documentation.

Refunds are available under the following conditions: 75% refund for requests made more than 60 days before the event, 50% refund for requests made 30–60 days before the event, and no refunds within 30 days of the event. A 5% processing fee applies to all refunds. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting info@agentiqworld.com up to one week before the event.
