Introduction

Welcome to our events series by Sunrize Digital Ltd.! We are dedicated to creating an event that is safe and enjoyable for everyone, founded on the principles of inclusion, equality, diversity, and respect. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all participants and the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to anyone partnering with, attending, working for, vending at, or sponsoring any of our event, conference, and conference-related social event. By participating in any capacity, you agree to abide by this policy.

 

Expected Behavior

We expect all participants to engage in respectful, kind, and empathetic interactions. We encourage:

• Open and inclusive communication.

• Respect for different viewpoints and experiences.

• Consideration for others' boundaries and personal space.

Unacceptable Behavior

We do not tolerate any form of harassment, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate physical contact.

• Unwelcome sexual attention.

• Display of sexual images in public spaces.

• Deliberate verbal or physical intimidation.

• Sustained disruption of talks or other events.

• Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors. This applies particularly with regard to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, or religion.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

At our discretion, anyone found in violation of these guidelines will be removed from the venue immediately without a refund and may be barred from future events.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you experience or witness a Code of Conduct violation, please report it immediately. Reports can be made to vika.barel@sunrizedigital.com with the subject: "Code of Conduct Violation" or to any of our staff member at the event venues. All reports will be treated with confidentiality and urgency.
