Lisa Chiang, PhD in Physics, is co-founder of Cephalgo, where she leads EU project focused on conversational AI regulation and compliance. With experience as Head of Product for medical devices and leading chatbot development for mental health applications, Lisa brings expertise in both technical development and regulatory requirements.
She has worked on implementing chatbots across markets, identifying critical gaps in GDPR, PCI DSS, TCPA, and EU AI Act compliance. Drawing from this experience, her team creates automated testing and monitoring tools for chatbot compliance, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and regulatory requirements.
