Abstract
In this workshop, Chris den Arend shares the journey of Robin, Rabobank’s virtual assistant, and its roadmap into a fully Agentic AI. Participants will explore how Robin leverages the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to interact with local tools and data, making AI more actionable.
The session blends storytelling with practical experimentation: after learning about Robin’s architecture and future, participants will dive into a hands-on group exercise where they’ll connect an existing MCP server to their own Claude desktop app - no coding required. This interactive segment allows attendees to experience firsthand how Agentic AI can be extended with real-world capabilities, sparking ideas for how MCP could be applied in their own organizations.
