From Chat to Voice: Building the Next Generation of AI Interactions

Abstract

In this masterclass, we will uncover why voice agents are becoming the defining technology of the next decade. Moving beyond text-based chat, voice agents enable natural, human-like interactions that don’t just answer questions; they take action. We’ll explore how leading companies are deploying agents across industries, from retail and healthcare to financial services and entertainment, to create more intuitive and engaging customer experiences. Through real-world examples, we’ll show how organizations are already using agents to deliver hands-free access to information, manage complex requests, and transform the way people interact with technology.
