Daniele is a Principal Solution Architect at Vodafone with over 10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise platforms. Over the past 4 years, his primary focus has been on conversational AI.

Currently, he leads the development and evolution of Vodafone's conversational AI platform (TOBi) which includes chat and voice channels as well as integrations with contact center solutions and 3rd party AI services.
