Can I reassign my ticket?Yes! If you are unable to attend the summit, you may reassign your ticket to another person. Transfer requests must be made until Thursday the week before the event. Please contact our support team at info@chatbotsummit.com with the new attendee's information to initiate the transfer.

What is your Refund Policy?Refunds will be issued based on the following conditions: Partial Refunds (75%): Requests made more than 60 days before the event start date will receive a 75% refund. Partial Refunds (50%): Requests made between 30 and 60 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund.
