From Pilot to Platform: How Champions and Product Thinking Drive Enterprise AI Adoption at Scale.
The best AI Product Owners don't just deploy platforms. They understand what it feels like to learn AI from scratch.
Before scaling Langdock in the Würth Group, I became a certified AI Agent Developer on MindStudio, building complex multi-step workflows, orchestrating 200+ AI models, and connecting dozens of integrations, all without writing code. That experience gave me something invaluable: I lived the full journey from "I don't know what to ask" to "I can't work without this."
Now that journey shapes every decision I have been as an AI Product Owner. I design onboarding that addresses the exact moment users want to quit. I create use case libraries and build engagement loops that turn curious first-time users into daily active users. My aim is to show how our champions network across 12 Würth companies drives adoption faster than any corporate rollout plan, and why peer influence is the most underestimated force in enterprise AI.
